2007 Housing Inventory Chart
The Community Partnership's Housing Inventory Chart is developed as part of the D.C. SuperNOFA application for Housing and Urban Development funds. The Chart lists public and private agencies that provide shelter and housing services to homeless individuals and families in D.C. Privately funded agency statistics were updated during the annual Point in Time Homeless Enumeration process through voluntary phone interviews and survey participation. Publicly funded agency statistics are updated annually through the Homeless Management Information System. Continuum of Care Narrative
The following narrative was submitted as Exhibit 1 of the 2007 Super Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Continuum of Care (CoC) Narrative outlines the homeless services planning process; provides a detailed account of the city's short-term and long-term goals as they relate to implementing D.C.'s 10 year plan; and provides information on the publicly and privately-funded supportive services and facilities that assist homeless individuals and families in the District of Columbia.
