Shelter Plus Care

NOTICE

The Community Partnership for the Prevention of Homelessness is no longer accepting applications for the Shelter Plus Care program. Currently, there are no vacancies in this program. Please continue to check this website for updated information regarding wait list openings and vacancy announcements.

REVISED APR REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSITION PERIOD MEETING:
A MANDATORY meeting for all CoC sub-grantees (and invitational meeting for all direct grantees) will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2010.  This training will review the new Annual Performance Report, how it is to be reported going forward and how the data is to be collected in the HMIS.

Landlords whose clients are part of the Shelter Plus Care program are eligible to have rent payments made by direct deposit using the ACH payment system.  To enroll in the program, please review the terms and conditions carefully, then complete the ACH enrollment form (including bank verification information) and the IRS form W-9.
